Our Mission
We are not here to help you stop.We are here to help you live again.
Many of the people who reach out to us have already tried to get better. Some have been through other programmes. Some have been let down, judged, or made to feel like a case number rather than a person.
We built Aurora because we believe recovery happens when outstanding medicine is combined with genuine human connection — time, patience, dignity, and a treatment plan built around one person, not a general protocol.
You do not have to know exactly what you need yet. You just have to be willing to ask. We will help you with everything else.
Time
Unhurried care that moves at your pace, not at the speed of a protocol.
Patience
Setbacks are part of recovery. They are never a reason to give up on you.
Dignity
You are treated as a person with a story, never as a case number.
Our Story
A calmer way to begin.
A short film about who we are, how treatment works, and what it feels like to arrive. Take a few minutes and see whether Aurora feels right for you.

What We Stand For
Every decision we make is measured against these values.
Compassion
We meet every person exactly where they are, without judgement.
Hope
We believe change is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way yet.
Medical Excellence
Care delivered by experienced clinicians, grounded in current evidence.
Privacy
Your story is yours. We protect it at every step of the journey.
Transparency
Clear information about treatment, timelines and cost, always.
Dignity
You are a person with a history, not a diagnosis to be processed.

Your Recovery Journey
A clear, supported path from first enquiry to long-term aftercare.
We know how frightening it can be to ask for help. That is why every step of the process is explained in advance, and why we stay in contact long after treatment ends.
- Step 01
Private enquiry
A confidential conversation to understand your situation, at your pace.
- Step 02
Medical assessment
A thorough clinical evaluation with our partner's medical team.
- Step 03
Travel & arrival
We coordinate every practical detail so you can focus on getting well.
- Step 04
Treatment & aftercare
Individual treatment in Spain, followed by an ongoing recovery plan.
International Patients
World-class private care, without the barriers.
For many people — especially in the United States — the cost of private addiction and mental health treatment can put real recovery out of reach. In Spain, the same calibre of clinical care, experienced clinicians and beautiful, private surroundings is available at a significantly lower overall cost.

Common Questions
Questions people ask before they reach out.
Honest, plain answers. If yours isn't here, ask us directly. There is no such thing as a silly question.
See all questionsYou reach out — by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form — and tell us as much or as little as you're comfortable sharing. We'll respond personally, usually within a day, and have a first conversation to understand your situation. There's no form to fill in before we'll speak with you, and no obligation to go any further afterwards.
Yes. Every enquiry is handled privately, and we never share your details, your story or the fact that you've contacted us with anyone outside the people directly coordinating your care, without your permission. You can also use a different name or a secondary email address for that first conversation if that would make you feel more comfortable — we understand the stigma many people still fear around this.
That uncertainty is completely normal, and you don't need to have decided anything before you speak with us. Many of our conversations start exactly there — someone weighing up whether this is the right moment, or the right step at all. We'll talk it through honestly, without pressure, and if we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
Yes, and it happens often. A parent, partner, adult child or close friend can contact us to ask questions, understand what treatment involves, and think through how to approach a loved one who may not be ready yet. We can't arrange treatment for someone without their own involvement and consent once things move forward, but we can absolutely help you prepare for that conversation.
If it feels right to continue, we'll help gather some background — medical history, current circumstances, what's been tried before — and begin coordinating with MonteAlminara's clinical team on an initial assessment. Every step is explained before it happens, and you're free to pause or stop at any point.
Asking for help is the hardest step. We will take it with you.
Every enquiry is confidential and answered by a real person who understands what it took for you to reach out.
